This barn conversion cottage can sleep up to 6 people.

Beautifully appointed cottage that can sleep up to 6 people. All are equipped to the very highest of standards. The newly installed biomass heating system ensures all guests can enjoy a constant supply of heat and hot water. Paddock View has an open log fireplace, waxed pine floors, fully fitted kitchen, a wealth of original beams in the upstairs rooms, comfortable furniture,  good internet wifi and flat screen “smart” TV with DVD player.

• The large kitchen opens directly onto the back garden and is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and table and chairs to accommodate all guests.

• The bathroom upstairs has toilet, a basin and bath with mixer taps and shower hose. There is a second full bath downstairs with stand-alone shower.

• Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and there are 2 single beds in the other two bedrooms. All linen is included (except beach towels).

• Your first basket of logs for the fire is on us, further baskets can be purchased for £5.

• For children, cots and highchairs are available on request.

• Large table and comfortable chairs in the garden, along with charcoal barbecue.
